Welcome to my Portfolio
I design and build web sites in support of an online video meeting tool called Auralink. The underlying technology is provided by Vidyo. My websites access the Vidyo portal using a series of Web Services APIs to provide customized meeting solutions for clients that range from translation services companies to law firms managing remote depositions.
Mostly I work in ColdFusion, but I have built sites purely in JavaScript, PHP, and C#. I'm currently working in XCode and Objective C to build iPad and iPhone applications.
On the back end, I work with SQL Server and MySQL. I have built web site front ends to Microsoft's CRM tool to initiate new ticket creation and trigger workflow operations.
Before my current position, I worked for a Yellow Pages publisher for many years. I put their directories online. One hundred and twenty of them, every year for nine years. I learned a thing or two about publishing commercial directories both in print and online. The web sites I built for The Community Phonebook and the Toll-Free Online Directory both won industry awards for innovation in electronic design.
